Island Formal with a multicultural twist

Since it could get humid, we encourage our guests to wear a dress, suit, or jumpsuit in colors, patterns, and breathable fabrics. PS: Please don’t wear white, black, or red - don’t kill the vibe. *Black suits and pants for men are the only exception.

Modern Filipiniana and Desi attires are also welcome.

Modern Filipiniana includes puffy oversize sleeves, a blouse (baro or camisa), bolero, a long skirt (saya), and a panuelo (a piece of fabric worn as a head covering or as a scarf around the neck) draped over the shoulders, often made from fabrics such as piña, jusi, or organza. Men usually wear barong Tagalog - a traditional, embroidered, long-sleeved men's dress shirt from the Philippines.

Desi attires for women include the saree, the lehenga choli, and the salwar kameez. Men traditionally wear a dhoti, kurta pajama, or sherwani.
